Scottsdale, AZ, December 18, 2017– Body Technologies’ Hitting Institute has struck a strategic partnership deal with First Pitch Gamers baseball club, a leader in competitive youth baseball. The partnership will allow the Hitting Institute to expand its reach into Arizona’s competitive youth baseball scene exposing up-and-coming youth players to the Player Development Program, a skill enhancement training system that elevates player performance.


The Hitting Institute is a 7,000 square foot indoor training facility comprised of strength and conditioning, clinical care, sports nutrition, batting cages with motion capture technology, and clay pitching mounds. Players have access to the facility daily and can request off-hour appointments. Both individuals and team programs are available based on practice needs.


“There is no doubt that having a partner in the Gamers adds tremendous value to the Player Development Program. The Gamers methodology and proven coaching strategies will provide baseball specific enhancements to the player experience at the Hitting Institute,” says Orson (O.A.) Kinney, with Body Technologies.

First Pitch is owned and operated by former Major League pitcher John Webb and Rich Homan and is designed to provide fundamentals of baseball both physical and mental to all experience levels, from Little League to Professional. John and Rich pride themselves on teaching hard work and the mental toughness of the game. ​
